Millets…. as we all know has a number of Health
benefits. There are different kinds of Millets..

Barnyard Millet, Pearl Millet, Sorghum (which is
known as Jowar). These Millets are high in Protein
content, fibre, calcium. They also contain many
minerals such as phosphorous, copper etc. Millets help
in reducing cholesterol levels, helps in weight loss,
lowers Blood Pressure, levels, helps fight against
Diabetes, and also helps in reparing the body cells . It also helps in weight loss.
