I go over a killer morning workout that really charges up your metabolic energy systems. It’s a complex movement barbell workout. Five exercise circuit. Start with Push presses, deadlift, rows, clean presses, and end with alternating lunges.
Idea is to do the full circuit without putting the weight down. Rest for a couple minutes. Then repeat three more times.
