Its outer crispy cover is made of maida (all purpose flour) and inside it has a mixture of grounded moong dal and spices.

All purpose floor / Maida – 1 Cup
Moong Dal – 1/3rd Cup
Dried Red Chili / Sukhi Lal Mirch – 3
Cumin / Jeera seeds – 1 tbsp
Coriander / Dhania powder – 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric / Haldi – 1 pinch
Chaat Masala – 1/4 tbsp
Oil for dough – 2 tbsp
More oil for frying

Serve with aloo sabzi or green chutney.
