This is an instant recipe which works well when you have little time or feeling a bit lazy and your pantry stock is left only with some stale breads.Fresh Breads are welcome though. In case you want to make this more healthy, use multigrain or brown bread. However, the colour and texture of the uttappam will vary accordingly.
One can use onions,tomatoes, capsicum and any other veggies that you have in your pantry or your children love to make this a more attractive proposition. Best served with sambar and chutney.
Can be had in breakfast or an evening snack or even as a 1 course meal. This is very filling and healthy at the same time.

Yogurt – 1 cup (100 gms)
Sooji -4 tbsp
