How To Make Overnight Oats // Healthy Breakfast Recipe



Today I thought I would show you one of my easiest, healthy breakfast ideas. If you like your breakfast quick, if you like your breakfast healthy, if you like your breakfast yummy, then you’ll love my breakfast overnight oats.

*Ingredients*

Rolled Oats
Milk ( I use coconut milk)
Hemp seeds (optional)
Vanilla extract
Peanut butter
Banana
Maple Syrup
Cinnamon ( its always a good idea to go by how much YOU like, if you don’t like a lot, then use less than me)
