4 Eggs
2 Onions, chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
Coriander Leaves
2-3 Green Chillies, chopped
1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste


– In a large bowl break eggs.
– Add onions, tomato, coriander leaves, green chillies, turmeric powder & salt. Mix everything well.
– In a pan heat some oil.
– Once the oil is hot, pour the egg mixture and spread evenly.
– Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
– Flip it over and again cook it for sometime.
– Omelette tastes best with toasted bread!
