How to lose weight fast| healthy breakfast| banana oats pancakes



Hi health freaks. Here is the recipe for a fast and healthy breakfast for those who are dieting.
Banana Oat Pancake:
Ingredients for 6-7 pancakes;
2 ripe bananas
3 eggs
1 cup oats
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking powder
Salt ( optional)
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till a smooth batter is formed. Cook for 2-3 min on both side on a nonstick frying pan. Serve with your choice of fruit topping or syrup.
