OVERNIGHT OATS

1 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp LSA (linseed, sunflower seed, almond combo)
1 tbsp cacao and maca smoothie blend
1 cup almond milk

Top with… coconut yoghurt, blueberries, peanut butter, coconut flakes
Or whatever ya want ☻

GREEN AND LEAN SMOOTHIE BOWL

1 frozen banana
3-5 mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1/2 of an orange
1 cup spinach
1/4 tsp chlorella powder
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp physilum husk
1/2 cup coconut water

And blend ✰✰✰✰
Top with whatever your heart desires! (but is healthy ofcourse hehehe)
I love caramelised buckinis, cacao nibs and hemp seeds for a protein kick.

BANANA PANCAKES:

Makes around 4 medium sized pancakes

1 spotty banana (the spottier the sweeter)
1/2 cup oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup plant-based milk (I used almond)

Blend oats in a high-speed blender until resembles flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until smooth. Cook using a nonstick pan – no oil necessary! Flip after 2 minutes.
