2 Tablespoons Almond Meal/Flour
1 whole egg
dash of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of baking powder
pinch of nutmeg
2 tablespoons almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
*mix & place in microwave for about 2 mins
1 tablespoon almond milk
1 tablespoon coconut butter
1 teaspoon honey
*mix and heat. pour on top of the CinnaMug

Peppermint Pancakes
1 banana
2 whole eggs
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
*cook on medium heat. flip when bubbly. top with all natural maple syrup.

Christmas Cocoa Cereal
1 cup almond meal/flour
1 melted tablespoon coconut oil
dash of salt
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 cup agave or honey
*mix and slowly add almond meal until a doughy consistency is formed. roll into bite sized pieces and bake at 350 for 20 mins. let cool completely.

Blueberry Blizzard Smoothie
1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 almond milk
1 ice cube
stevia to taste

1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder – I am using Chocolate Perfect Fit Protein, you can purchase it here:
3 tablespoons maple syrup
dash of salt
*mix ingredients. roll into balls. roll in coconut.

Peppermint Mocha
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
drop of peppermint extract
1 cup coffee
sweetener to taste
add all ingredients together. heat & serve.
