About This Video: In This Video, I will Show you how to make Healthy and tasty Pumpkin Parathas a rich and nutritious Indian breakfast Recipe. So let’s get started…
let us collect the healthy paratha ingredients for 5 parathas :
peeled and grated pumpkin/kaddu/kashi phal/kola 200 grams
2 green chilies chopped,
few coriander/dhania leaves chopped,
Red chilly powder 2 Tsp,
1/2 Tsp Turmeric/Haldi powder,
Salt to Taste,
1/2 tsp mustard seeds,
1 tsp fennel/saunf seeds,
2 Tbsp Oil,
Wheat Flour 150 grams

let us begin making the stuffing for the Healthy Paratha.
Place a frying pan on the gas flame and add
2 tbsp cooking oil. let it heat, then add the mustard seeds
and temper for a while and add the fennel seeds, after a few seconds add the chopped green chilly and temper for a while. now add the
grated pumpkin and stir fry continuously on medium
flame. After 3-5 minutes add the Turmeric powder
continue to stir and then add the red chilly powder,
stir, and add the salt. Stir fry for some time until
the pumpkin gets cooked and soft. Add the coriander
leaves stir for a while and turn the gas flame off.
The stuffing for our Healthy Paratha is ready now.

Knead the Dough out of the wheat flour keep for 10 minutes.
Make round chapatis/rotis out of the dough and place the filling
on the top, and make round parathas using a roller as in the video.
Heat tawa or hot plate and put the paratha on it and roast dry, on both the sides now apply oil/ghee and roast as in the video. And the Healthy paratha is ready to
eat with “Raita”, Chutney, or Aachar( pickle).
