Today I am sharing my healthy & productive morning routine! I am so excited to be making lifestyle videos on this channel and I hope you guys enjoy it!
I love starting my morning with a run and/or yoga. Usually for breakfast I have a smoothie or some sort of grilled sandwich/bagel. Since I work from home, I don’t have a “job” to get to at a certain time. However, I still like getting ready as if I had to go to an office, and I try to start working at the same time every day. These habits keep me productive and healthy throughout each week! Obviously every day is different, but this has been my morning routine in March!
