This is a delicious recipe for granola that you can make yourself. No artificial sweeteners. No evil processed oils. Nuts, honey, and oats! Coconut oil is really good for you. This is a BIG recipe for granola, but it’s easy to halve. This video shows you step-by-step how to make your own yogurt or parfait topping. This is the most delicious breakfast cereal.
2 pounds rolled oatmeal
1 pound raw almonds
1 pound raw sunflower seeds
1 pound raw cashews
1 cup coconut oil
1 cup honey
1/2 cup boiling water (yes, I know I said “1 cup” in the video)
1 TBSP salt
1/4 cup cinnamon
1/4 cup vanilla extract
OR just make less:
1 pounds rolled oatmeal
1/2 pound raw almonds
1/2 pound raw sunflower seeds
1/2 pound raw cashews
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup boiling water (yes, I know I said “1 cup” in the video)
1/2 TBSP salt
2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp vanilla extract
Easy, huh?
