HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPES (Vegetarian Friendly)



Hey Guys, hope y’all like the breakfast recipes!!! If you do try them out, let me know if you like them! the Macros and ingredients are all listed down below!!

1. Avocado Smash and Salsa Toast (2 servings)
– Avocado
– 1/2 Tomato
– Coriander/parseley
– Bread (I recommend using heavier breads like sourdough or focaccia)
– Salt and Pepper to Taste
– Vinegar
– Lime Juice
– MACROS:
– Calories 265
– Fat 13g
– Carbs 30g
– Protein 9g

2. Omelette and Tomatoes (1 serving)
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 tomato
– Salt and Pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup milk (approximate)
– Bread for toast
– MACROS per serving:
– Calories 306
– Fat 11g
– Carbs 33g
– Protein 18g

3. Berry Mango Smoothie Bowl (makes 2 servings)
– 1 Frozen Banana, 1 box frozen blueberries and 1 cup frozen mangoes
– 1 cup ice
– 150ml greek yoghurt
– Agave Syrup/ Honey (optional)
– 1/4 cup milk of choice (cow’s, almond, oat etc)
– Toppings: banana, chopped almonds, chia seeds, blueberries
– MACROS:
– Calories 321
– Fat 11g
– Carbs 50g
– Protein 12g

4. Chia Seed Pudding (make 3 servings)
– 1 cup light coconut milk (you can mix it with other milks if you don’t like it to be too thick)
– 1/4 cup chia seeds
– 1 tbsp cocoa powder
– 2 tbsp agave syrup
– MACROS:
– Calories 250
– Fat 14g
– Carbs 32g
– Protein 6g
