Chickpeas salad

– 1 handfuls cucumber, apple, onion, tomato
– pepper as needed
– salt to taste
– 1/2 cup chickpeas
– Juice of 1 lemon


1. Soak chickpeas over night
2. Cook chickpeas for 5 whistles in pressure cooker
3. Place sliced cucumber, tomatoes, apple, onion, chickpeas in a large salad bowl.
4. Toss with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
