Hi guys todays video is oats chilla or oats besan chilla. Generally, we have heard of besan chilla which is very good for health. Hence, I thought why not make our normal besan chilla healthier by adding oats powder to it. It’s a very healthy breakfast and snack recipe and since it contains oats it very good recipe for those who are on weight loss diet, its very good recipe for growing kids as its rich in fibre. Your ca also add in vegetables of your choice and make it more healthy and nutritious for your kids. Besan (gram flour) – ½ cup
Oats powder (uncooked) – ½ cup
Chillies – 2 (chopped finely)
Capsicum – ½ (chopped finely)
Onion – 1 (chopped finely)
Tomato – ½ (chopped finely)
Coriander – 2 strands (chopped finely)
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Ajwain (carom seeds) – ½ tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Jeera powder – 1 tsp
