Our morning routine consists of a breakfast that is delicious and healthy, especially for my 5 year old who needs all of the vitamins and nutrients to grow up into a healthy kid. Our breakfast meals usually include a healthy juice, vegetables, fruits, and oatmeal pancakes or vegan pancakes.

Breakfast recipes (3 person serving)
Asparagus- add about 1 tsp of olive oil, garlic, pink salt, and turmeric to the asparagus
1/2 of a whole onion
A handful of cilantro
sprinkle pink salt and garlic
1 cup of unbleached flour
1 cup of rice milk
1/2 cup of flaxseeds
1 cup of coconut chips
1/3 of coconut sugar
1 cup of blueberries
