Healthy Breakfast Prep



A quick and healthy breakfast you can make ahead and have throughout the week. Get creative and add things you like to them, or make each one different. Planning ahead will save you time throughout the busy week. **Open for more information** I added a couple of varieties you could use to make different egg muffins.

Egg Whites Muffins
1/2C egg whites in each muffin pan
Spinach (however much you want)
Onion (however much you want)
2 slices Turkey bacon
if I don’t use the bacon I will do 1/4C Turkey sausage

Spray the muffin pan with a cooking spray before you fill them so it’s easier to release. I like to use the Trader Joe’s coconut oil spray. For the muffin tin I used the large muffin pan. Mix everything together in the muffin tin and bake at 350* for 20-35 minutes it all depends on your oven and how fast it cooks. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy throughout the week.

You could also make an Italian version and use basil, spinach, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and italian seasonings

Chicken fajita and add different bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, cheese, salt and pepper.

For a Greek version add tomatoes, feta cheese, red onion, spinach, garlic.

Ham and cheese, onions, mushrooms, garlic seasoning, potatoes.
