Healthy Breakfast Muffins

A recipe for these delicious vegan & gluten-free oatmeal muffins that you can enjoy all throughout the day (but are perfect for breakfast!)
The measurements:
200 g oats
300 g apple sauce
1/2 tsp salt
stevia to taste
320 g water
22 g vegetable or coconut oil
heaping tsp vanilla extract
Toppings of choice!

Place into a pre-heated oven on 190 degrees C for about 20 minutes.
