Healthy Pumpkin Spice Waffles | How To Make Pumpkin Spice Protein Waffles

In your blender add:
4 Egg whites or 140g of egg substitute
Just less than 1/2 cup (100g) of pure pumpkin
3/4 Cup (60g) of oats
2 Scoops (60g) of Isopure’s Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 Tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp of maple syrup
Blend until well combined

Cook on medium heat in a waffle maker for 3-5 minutes

215 calories, 2.5g Fat, 24g Carbs (5g fiber), 24g Protein
