Healthy Breakfast Ideas

Bored of the same breakfast everyday? Then try my go to healthy breakfast meals! They are nutritious and delicious of course:) I’d love to hear some feedback. Thumbs up for more!!

This recipe was doubled:
Recipe:
Banana Oatmeal Pancakes (Makes 5 medium size pancakes)
1 ripe banana
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs (VEGAN SUB see below)
6 tablespoons milk (or sub almond milk)
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil (sub canola oil)
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash of salt
dash of cinnamon
1 cup of oatmea1 (or sub gluten free oats)
2/4 cup of flour
(optional: add chocolate chips)

VEGAN SUBSITUTION:
Instead of 2 eggs make 2 flax eggs
1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal
2.5 tablespoon water
(equivalent to 1 egg)

Avocado Toast
Multri grain wheat bread (its called Good Seed)
avocado
1 egg

Almond Butter toast
Multri grain wheat bread (its called Good Seed)
almond butter
cinnamonn
honey
(add fruit!)
