Healthy Breakfast Ideas #1 – Porridge Oats Recipe – My Morning Energy Boost

Ingredients –1 Adult Serving
60g wholegrain porridge oats
350ml water
25g seed/nut mix
15g blueberries
Drizzle of clear honey to taste (Manuka honey if possible)
Optional: 30g whey protein shake (if completing regular resistance training)

Method
1) Place porridge oats and water in a bowl and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring halfway
2) Sprinkle seeds, nuts and blueberries over the porridge
3) Add honey and some whey protein shake if required
4) Enjoy the kickstart to your day!
