HEALTHY BREAKFAST & DINNER RECIPES – UNDER 20 MINUTES!!



Love eating pasta but don’t love the belly bloat? PERFECT this quick & easy zucchini pasta is healthy AND delicious! Not enough time in the morning to make breakfast but lack the energy you need for the day? Try these simple & scrumptious chocolate-peanut butter overnight oats! These recipes are are not only good for you, but they taste good too! I really hope you and your family enjoy these recipes as much as I do 😋 I have listed the recipes below 👇

Zucchini Pasta with Meat Sauce: 1 serving

Cut ends off 2 zucchini’s
Use vegetable spiraler to make noodles (read instruction manual)
Cook lean ground turkey meat in skillet on medium heat until fully cooked (use seasoning of choice)
Add pasta sauce (I used tomato basil marinara)
let simmer on low-medium heat for 10 minutes
Add 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil to skillet or pot
Cook zucchini noodles in large skillet or pot on medium heat for 10 minutes (toss every couple minutes)
Dish up desired amount of zucchini noodles
Top with 5oz of meat sauce and parmesan cheese!
ENJOY!!

Chocolate-Peanut Butter Overnight Oats: 1 serving

Combine the following into a mason jar or small bowl:
1/2 cup oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flaxseed
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used a low carb protein powder)
1/2 scoop PB Fit
1 cup almond milk

Cover & shake OR mix in bowl
Place in fridge overnight
Top with sliced bananas (1/2 banana) & almond slices
