Healthy and Delicious Breakfast Recipe – High Protein Moong Dal Chila
A mouth-fulfilling healthy delight loaded with protein.
For Moong Dal Chila
1/2 cup split moong dal (without skin)
1/2 green chilli, finely chopped (optional)
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
Salt to taste
2 Tbsp Olive oil/ghee for cooking chila
1 tsp OZiva Organic Plant Protein
Wash the moong dal under running water, till water comes out clean.
Then cover it with water and leave it to soak for 2 hours
Grind the moong dal in a food processor to make a fine paste
Heat a griddle or cast iron skillet on medium heat.
Add oil or ghee and then swirl to coat all sides of the pan.
Cook for 2-3 minute till its underside is browned. Then flip it and cook till the other side is golden too
Your chila is ready.
