Grilled Egg Sandwich | Healthy Breakfast Egg Recipes Indian Bodybuilding

This is an easy to prepare Indian bodybuilding healthy egg breakfast recipe for all my Indian brothers out there who like to go to the gym :)

1. Grill bread slices in the sandwich griller
2. Heat up the pan
3. Add ghee to hot pan
4. Once ghee heats up, pour in 4 whole eggs
5. Add salt, pepper, peri peri masala
6. Let the eggs cook for 3-4 minutes till you see a golden colour on the outside of the omlette
