5. Elevated Abs Crunches
6. Jumping Jacks (set #3)
7. Mountain Climbers (set #2)
8. Sumo Wrestler Squats
9. Dead Man’s Plank

*Do this workout and get Ripped.
**Do 15 to 20 seconds of each exercise.
***Do the above sequence three times with as little or no rest as possible.
