Easy morning workout for beginners.

To get your day started I put together a few simple exercise that anyone can do before work or school and all it takes is a few mins of your time, I guarantee you, you will feel great for the rest of the day, but before you start drink you 8 oz of water with 1 table spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar twice a day along with a good workout.
1. Jumping Jacks
2. Push Ups
3. Plank
4. Plank Push Ups
5. Heal Touch
6. Flutter Kicks
7. 6 Inches Hold
