Easy and Simple Healthy Breakfast egg recipe for kids and adults. All you need is egg and few veggies.

Egg – 3
Mustard Seeds
Chana Dal
Green Chili – 1
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Heat oil and add mustard seeds and chana dal. Add onion, tomato, green chili and fry it. Then add turmeric powder and garam masala. Add salt and fry it well. Take this fry and add it with beaten egg.

Apply oil in idli/idly steamer and pour the egg mixture. Stream it for 5-7 mins.

Yummy Egg idli is ready!
