Easy & healthy Coconut Sandwich|Nariyal Sandwich |kids tiffin|Healthy breakfast recipe|Snacks recipe

Nariyal sandwich or Coconut sandwich is a very quick , healthy ,low calorie,5 min recipe and good for kids tiffin, kitty party,.This can also be served in breakfast or evening snacks. Here is the Recipe:

1 Cup grated fresh coconut
1/3 Cup chopped coriander/cilantro leaves
2-3 Green chillis (Optional)
1/3 Cup paneel (cottage cheese)
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
1/2 Tea spoon Garam Masala
4 Slice of Bread
For Tadka – curry leaves, mustard seeds and ghee/butter

Step 1: Mix grated coconut, coriander leaves, green chilli, paneer, salt and garam masala in a bowl

Step 2: Cut the bread slice in the shape you want to remove its edges

Step 3: Spread coriander chutney and filling on the bread slices

Step 4: Heat the pan and add some oil to it till it becomes hot.

Step 5: Add curry leaves & mustard seeds to the oil and let it splatter

Step 5: Now place the bread on top of spattered curry and mustard leaves and let it brown. Now flip the sandwich and allow it to brown from other side as well

Step 6: Garnish it with coriander chutney and ketchup to serve.
