I get vegan video requests SO MUCH I figured it would be fun to do dedicated videos for each “meal” portion of the day.
These recipes/tips are also perfect for those of you who aren’t vegan and maybe just want to try to cut back on meat and dairy products.

Blueberry Muffin Recipe:
1 1⁄2 cups flour
1⁄2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
3⁄4 cup soymilk
1⁄4 cup oil
1 cup frozen blueberries
