Day 5: Early Morning Exercise on the Elliptical Machine

I spent 45 minutes on the elliptical machine going forward and 15 minutes going backward

I also Did some Abs as well as arm, and chest exercises.

I will exercise again at 5:30 pm

When I leave the gym, I leave in pain, but it feels so good, and I see results fast!!!

Ladies we don’t just want to lose weight, we want some definition and most of all, we want to look sexy ^_^ So let’s do it!!! Stay focused and workout hard, I promise all of your hard work will pay off!
