1/2 cup fine Cracked Wheat
1 cup hot Water
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 cup chopped Onion
1 Green Chilli chopped
8 to 10 Curry Leaves
1 tbsp Raw Peanuts
2 tbsp chopped Carrots
2 tbsp chopped Green Pepper
2 tbsp Green Peas
1/2 cup chopped Spinach
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
