600ml water

1Tbsp Oil

1Tbsp ginger jullians

1-2 Chopped green chilli

3-4 Sliced garlic

1/2 Cup Finely chopped onion

1/2 Cup Finely chopped carrot

1/2 Cup green, yellow, red bell pepper

1Tbsp tomato ketchup

1Tbsp vinegar

1Tsp red chilli sauce

1Tsp salt

1Tsp black pepper powder

1Tsp Soy sauce
