Chicken Omelette | Easy Healthy Breakfast Recipes | High Protein Breakfast



Chicken Omelette Recipe :
Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. Starting the day right is the best way to sail through the day with the needed energy and zeal. Chicken omelette is one such breakfast recipe which is high in protein content and other nutrition needed by our body to function well.

Ingredients :
3 whole eggs
100 gm Chicken
1 small potato
1/2 small Onion
1/2 Capsicum
Handful spinach
Coriander
Salt and Pepper
Mushrooms (optional)

Method :
-Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper and saute it till cooked.
-Shred it into smaller chunks and keep aside.
-Cut and peel all the veggies.
-In a bowl whisk 3 whole eggs.
-On a pan add 1 tbsp of ghee/ olive oil.
-Saute the potatoes first as it takes the most time to soften and cook.
-Add in onions capsicum and saute for another min.
-Add the shredded Chicken , Spinach and coriander.
-Cook till the upper layer is not liquidy anymore.
-Flip it with the help of a plate as the omelette might break.
-Cook for another 2 minutes and your delicious and healthy omelette is ready to serve.
