Chia Pudding Recipe | Healthy Breakfast Idea | Lifestyle experts Alison Deyette ( and Jesse Brune-Horan ( show a super easy recipe of how to make delicious, healthy chia pudding. You can make this pudding in about two minutes by adding all the ingredients in a blender. It’s an easy make ahead healthy breakfast or even dessert depending on what you choose to add to the mix from fruit to nut butters to even chocolate and coconut shavings. This recipe is also vegan. It tastes yummy.

Delicious, Healthy Chia Pudding Recipe:
2 cups unsweetened Almond Milk
2 very ripe bananas
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
6 tablespoons of chia seeds

Put ingredients into a blender. Then pour into a bowl. Put chia pudding in the fridge to set for several hours. Once ready, serve up a portion and add any toppings.
