A Healthy Breakfast/ Snack , “Brown Bread Sandwich”
A very nutritious brown bread sandwich with a chicken kabab and omelette filling , Best ideal for parties , picnics and lunch boxes . Try this easy and healthy whole wheat bread sandwich prepare just in 5 minutes
Let’s learn how to make this healthy sandwich at home :
• Brown bread slices 4
• Chicken shami kabab 2
Ingredients for omelette :
• Egg 1
• Onion 1 tbsp
• Tomato ½ tbsp.
• Green chili ½ tbsp.
• Fresh coriander ½ tbsp.
• Green olive 3
• Red chili powder ¼ tsp
• Salt 1 pinch
Shami kabab recipe link :
• Fry shami kababs
• Cut brown bread with cookie cutter in shape as you desire
• Heat a pan
• Add few drops oil
• Toast slices from both sides
• In a bowl add egg and beat well
• Add onion , tomato , green chili , green olive , fresh coriander , red chili powder , salt and mix well
• In a pan heat oil
• Make two omelette with this egg mix
• Cut in same size and shape of bread slice
• Take a bread slice , put omelette on it , spread kabab on it , put second slice on it
