A healthy breakfast is crucial to her training and success as an athlete and she’s revealing the recipe to you today! I must say, my cameramen really loved this healthy breakfast recipe so I’m excited to share it with you guys this week. This breakfast is hearty and a really good option for those of you who are training super hard and trying to gain muscle! Oh, and it’s vegetarian for all of my no-meat athletes.
