Workout:

30 sec – regular bounce – 1/4 lb rope
30 sec – regular bounce+double under – 1/4 lb rope
30 sec – regular bounce – 1/4 lb rope
30 sec – boxer skip – 1/4 lb rope
30 sec – plank
30 sec – regular bounce – 1/2 lb rope
30 sec – regular bounce+double under – 1/2 lb rope
30 sec – regular bounce – 1/2 lb rope
30 sec – boxer skip – 1/2 lb rope
30 sec – plank
-rest 10 sec between exercises
then…
-rest 1 minute
50 pull-ups (however you want to do them!)
**If you don’t have a pull-up bar do 50 push-ups
