Berries Smoothie Recipe | Healthy Breakfast Smoothie – Taste of Flavours by Karuna



Fresh and frozen berries is a thrifty way of creating a healthy smoothie. This recipe makes a single smoothie. The mixed Berries Smoothie refreshing, healthy tastes like heaven. Start your morning with this delicious smoothie recipe.

Ingredients :
1/4th cup Blueberries
1/4th cup Raspberries
1/4th cup Strawberries
3-4 pcs Ice Cubes
1/3rd cup Milk
1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt / Plain yogurt
1 tbsp Maple syrup/honey/Vanilla extract.

For garnish :
1/2 tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
Few blueberries

Method :

– Place blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, ice cubes, milk, yogurt and maple syrup in a blender.
– Blend until smooth.
– Pour it in a jar/bowl and garnish with chia seeds, sunflower seeds and few blueberries.
