Morning Barre and Stretch Mini Class: Good morning! Wake up, breathe, and set a positive intention for the day. Enjoy being in your body. This class is intentionally slow paced and quiet. Try to close your eyes and focus inward. Then, stand up, set yourself at barre and start the strong and centered.

Proper alignment is important throughout the class. Make sure that shoulders are over hips, hips are over knees and knees are over toes throughout the movements.
