Back To School: Healthy Breakfast Recipes

Back to school is almost here… and I’m sure some of you have already started! Today I thought I would show you some of my favorite breakfast recipes to make in the morning before school. They are all really fast and some you can even take on the go! But best of all they are all really healthy so they will keep you full and focused throughout the day!

Chocolate Oatmeal:
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 banana
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
stevia to taste

Peanut butter banana oatmeal:
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 banana
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 tsp pure vanilla
stevia to taste

Mug Cakes:

Blueberry Mug Muffin:
1 egg
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp almond flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 banana

Egg Muffin:
2 eggs
2 tbsp feta cheese
cheery tomatoes
bell peppers


Blackberry Smoothie:
I cup blackberries
1/2 frozen banana
5 oz greek yogurt
3/4 cup almond milk
Stevia to taste

Creamsicle Smoothie:
1 cup almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
1 orange
1 tablespoon chia seeds
