Toor dal – ½ cup (100 gm)
Urad dal – 2 tbsp
Red Chilli – 4
Asafoetida – a pinch
Mint leaves
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Onion
Vazhaipoo / Banana flower – 100 gm
Oil – 1 tbsp
For Seasoning :-
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
