How to make Adai Dosa

INGREDIENTS :

Idli Rice = 11/2 cup
Urad Dal = 1/4 cup
Moong Dal = 1/4 cup
Chana Dal = 1/4 cup
Toor Dal = 1/4 cup
Dried red chillies = 7 nos
Fennel seeds = 1tsp
Asafoetida /Hing = 1/2 tsp
Ginger = 1 piece
Curry Leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for pan frying
