This is a healthy smoothie its’s delicious. I swear. You can just taste the cashews infused with banana flavour, the smoothie gets creamy with the banana and cahews its so delicous i equate it with the thickeness as a macdonald’s milkshake. Though this is an all organic smoothie. . A refreshing breakfast drink. The ripe banana gives it the sweetness. If you add sugar or honey it won’t be as healthy as it should be.

1 cup boiling water ( 250 litres or as much as you want )
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup ice
1 chopped banana
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Put 250 ml hot water in to a blender put in the one cup of raw cashews and leave it to soak for 15 minutes in the blender, to get soft. After 15 minutes put in the chopped banana.and blend. Then add one teaspoon vanilla essence ad then the cup of ice. Blend again untill it’s nice creamy and smooth, to the consistency you like. Enjoy!!!
