Here are some SUPER quick and yummy breakfasts that you can make in the morning before school or work! They take very little time to make (some under 5 minutes), except for one that will need to be made the night before school.

Recipes (The more complicated ones):
Raw Vegan Energy Balls
(Taste like a mix of raw cookie dough and a granola bar, but it’s healthy and a great breakfast, snack, or dessert/ treat idea)-
•1 cup rolled oats
•1/4 cup raw honey
•1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•1 cup either smooth or crunchy peanut butter
•1/3 cup ground flax seed
•More than 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
Vegan Nice Cream (Banana Ice Cream)-
•Splash of liquid (I like to use either coconut water or almond milk)
•Any additional flavors like frozen fruit, vanilla extract, nuts, or seeds
Peanut butter Apple dip
•1 part Peanut butter or any other nut butter
•1 part vanilla yogurt (I like to mix mine with some plain yogurt as well)
Ham and Egg muffins
•3/4 cup milk
•ham lunch meat in slices
•pinch of salt and pepper
•other toppings (I used cheese, Swiss chard and Kale, and bell pepper- other options are meat and different kinds of vegetables)
These are PERFECT for all ages, whether you need breakfast ideas for adults, teenagers, or kids! I will show you how to make DIY energy balls/ energy bites that are kind of like granola bars (this is a great raw vegan recipe), ham and egg muffin cups (sorta like omelets in a pan), different kinds of toast (PB, celery, and raisins; olive cream cheese spread with cucumbers; cottage cheese peach toast topped with cinnamon), peanut butter yogurt Apple dip, nice cream (banana ice cream), and a yogurt parfait that looks like a banana split. ALL of these can be made gluten free if you use gluten free bread for the toast (the others are naturally gluten free) and some of them are also vegan, vegetarian, nut free, and dairy free. Some of these can also be used as a great school lunch idea, snack idea, healthy dessert, or dinner recipe.
