Monday: Berry Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl
2 bananas, frozen
frozen blueberries (~1/3 cup) (~50g)
frozen cherries (~1/3 cup) (~50g)
1/4 cup non dairy milk (60ml)
toppings: almond butter, oats
Tuesday: Chickpea Tomato Bowl
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 cup chickpeas, rinsed (100g)
spices of choice
salt to taste
juice 1/2 lemon
1 piece of wholewheat bread
Wednesday: Apple Cinnamon ‘Protein’ Muesli
1 protein bar
a dash of cinnamon
non dairy milk
2 pieces of spelt bread
