Rice Flour – 1/2 Cup
Maida /All Purpose Flour – 1/4 Cup
Curd/Yogurt – 1 TBsp
GreenChilli – 1/2 Tsp
Curry Leaves – 1/2 Tsp
Ginger – 1/2 Tsp
Jeera/Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1/4 Cup
Water – As needed
Oil – To cook dosa

***2.Potato Sandwich***

Potato -1 medium boiled/mashed
Seasonings – Salt, Pepper, Turmeric
Coriander leaves – 1/4 Cup
Tomato circles -4
Onion – A few rings
Cheese (American/Pepperjack) – As you like
Butter/Oil – To toast

***3.Spicy Wheat Dosa/ Atta Chilla***

Wheat Flour – 1 Cup
Curd/Yogurt – 1/2 Cup
Water – 1 Cup
Onion – 1/4 Cup
Coriander – 1/4 Cup
Cumin/Jeera – 1Tsp
Green Chilli – 1
Pepper – A pinch
Salt – To taste
Turmeric – 1/2 Tsp

***4.Rava Idli***

Suji Rava -1 Cup
Curd/Yogurt – 1/2 Cup
Salt – 1 Tsp
Water – 1 Cup
Grated Coriander – 1/4 Cup
Baking Soda – 1/3Tsp

For Tempering: A little bit of each-
Oil, Mustard Seeds, Jeera,
Chana dal, Urad Dal, Green Chilli,
Curry Leaves, Ginger

***5.Semiya Upma***

Semiya /Semolina – 1 Cup
Water – 1 & 1/2 Cup
Onion – 1/4 Cup
Green Beans – 1/4 Cup
Green Peas- 1/4 Cup
CashewNuts – 1/4 Cup
Carrot – 1/4 Cup
Oil – 1 TBsp
Green Chilli – 3
Curry Leaves – 6
Ginger – 1 Tsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Turmeric – A pinch
Grated Coriander – 1/4 Cup

***6.Poha Upma / Kanda Poha / Poha Pulihora***

Thick Poha – 1 Cup
Lime Juice – 1 lime
Peanuts/Groundnut – 2 Tbsp
Onion – 1/4 Cup
Oil – 1 TBsp
Red Chilli – 1
Green Chilli – 3
Curry Leaves – 6
Ginger – 1 Tsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Turmeric – 1/3 Tsp
Grated Coriander – 1/4 Cup
Sev – 2 Tbsp (Optional)

For Tempering: A little bit of each-
Oil, Mustard Seeds, Jeera,
Chana Dal, Green Chilli,
Curry Leaves, Ginger

Rava – 1 Cup
Water – 3 Cups
Tomato Grated: 2 Cups
Onion – 1/4 Cup
Peanuts/GroundNut – 2 Tbsp
Oil – 1 TBsp
Green Chilli – 3
Curry Leaves – 6
Salt – 1 Tsp
Turmeric – A pinch
Ghee/Clarified Butter – 1 Tsp
