2 1/2 cup Oats (old fashion not quick cooking)
1 cup Plain low fat greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/2 cup Stevia or sweetener of choice
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 1/2 Strawberries, diced + 1/2 cup for top of muffins
