5 Quick and Healthy Breakfast Recipes to take to Work | They take 1 minute | Madeleine Shaw



I’ve got 5 delicious healthy breakfast recipes that only take one minute to make, and I know you’re going to love them! Here’s my menu to make your mornings brighter every day of the working week:

Beautiful Coconut Yogurt and Berry Smoothie – made with 100g of frozen berries, 50g coconut yogurt, 1 scoop protein powder and 1 pinch cinnamon, this is perfect after a workout. It travels well and keeps you full until lunchtime, thanks to the protein powder.

Chocolate Mint Smoothie – oh my days! I love this smoothie, it’s like dessert for breakfast. I make it with 1 tbsp raw cacao, 300ml hazelnut milk, 1 scoop protein powder, and a 1 drop of peppermint oil.

Bring-it-on Bircher – you can make this the night before or throw it together before you dash out the door. It’s so easy: fill a jam jar with 50g porridge oats, 150ml almond milk, 50g blueberries, 1 tbsp cashew butter and chopped apple, then let it all mix together while you commute.

Raspberry and Almond Chia Pudding – hmm, am I obsessed with breakfasts that double as desserts? This one is really luxurious, I know you’ll love it. 3 tbsp of chia seeds mixed with 50g of raspberries and 200ml of almonds milk.

Egg wrap with smoked salmon – see, I can do savoury! This omelette wrap filled with smoked salmon is a real treat.
