ALL of these healthy breakfast ideas for school are vegetarian and/or vegan breakfast recipes, including my healthy avocado toast and cran-apple breakfast bowl recipe. Most are also gluten free breakfast options, like my breakfast cereal yogurt parfait and healthy overnight oats with granola. And I’ve got a few Paleo breakfast ideas as well—including a microwave omelette recipe and Paleo oatmeal that’s grain free?!

Most importantly, all of these easy healthy breakfast ideas can be made in just 5 MINUTES.
