1 cup Quinoa, dry
1 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Almond or Soy Milk
3 tbsp. Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice

Per Serving:
1 cup Spiced Quinoa
1 Apple
1 Pear
1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp. Goji Berries

Substitutions:
Swap Oats with 2 Bananas, mashed
Swap any of the fruits with other fruit

– – – Sweet Potato Aioli Sandwich – – –
1 Garlic clove
1 Sweet Potato
2 tbsp. Egg-less/Vegan Mayonnaise
1/2 Lime, Zest + Juice
1 English Muffin or 2 slices of Bread – recommended Gluten-Free
1/4 cup Cilantro
1/2 cup Sprouts

– – – Pumpkin Oats – – –
1/2 cup Oats
1 cup boiled Water
3/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Banana
1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
1 large Apple
1 tbsp. Pumpkin Seeds
1 Banana

Modifications:
Swap Oats and Water with cooked Quinoa
Swap out both Bananas with 2 more Apples

– – – Spiced Pomegranate Chia Seed Pudding – – –
1 Banana
1/2 cup Almond
1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
Dash of Cloves
1 tsp. Maple Syrup
2 tbsp. Chia Seed
1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds
1 tbsp. Goji Berries or Dates

Modifications:
Swap out Banana for 1/4 cup Oats
Swap Almond milk for another dairy substitute
